How to return items

If you're not completely satisfied with any item from your Breuninger online order, or if something doesn’t fit, you can easily return it. We offer our customers a 30-day return period. This begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you (excluding the shipping carrier) received the final item in the order. Please note that we cannot receive returns after this deadline. To meet the deadline for returns, simply ensure your returns are sent back on time.Here’s how:

For Registered Customers:

  1. Log into your customer account and go to “Orders.”
  2. Find the relevant order and select the item(s) you want to return under “Outstanding Orders” or in the “Returns” section. Click on “Return Item.”
  3. Note: You can only start the return process after your order has been dispatched.

For Guest Orders:
Check your order confirmation email for a link to register your return under “Order Details.”

Return Instructions:

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the original box.
  2. Affix the enclosed return label to the sealed package.

Do you need a return label?
For orders where our eco-friendly packaging option was selected, we do not include a pre-printed label. Within the 30-day return period, you can easily generate a return label by registering your return in your customer account.

Register returns with Klarna
If you paid for your purchases via Klarna, you can also register a return in your Klarna customer account. Payments for returned items will then be paused until we have processed your return. Your payment information will then be automatically updated by Klarna.
